Welcome, I’m Alheli Lopez Diaz, therapist and founder of Conmigo Behavioral Health. Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona.

Born and raised in Yuma, I believe in access to mental health services and provide bilingual services in Spanish. At Conmigo, you will experience individualized in person therapy where we will connect the body and mind through somatic and talk therapy. We will focus on sense of safety and understanding patterns of behaviors that are keeping you from your full potential.

I specialize in providing services to women with late autism diagnosis, ADHD, neurodivergence, dissociation, panic and sleep disorder.
